Unique opportunity for an ambitious Architect to join an small/medium-sized Architectural studio in Manchester city centre.
If you are a driven and motivated Architect looking for a new role in Manchester then you will want to know about this one. This company do not recruit often, they have a low staff-turnover and are incredibly sought-after as part of the busy Architectural landscape here in the North-West.
This busy practice are based in a modern design in a central location. It's close to various public transport connections in the city centre. This should be welcome for commuters in central Manchester or elsewhere in the North-West region.
Typically projects you will encounter here are within the Residential sector. This may include apartment complexes, townhouses, individual dwellings and larger-scale masterplans. The current requirement here is for a Qualified Architect to join the practice and get involved with various, design-led projects from the offset.
We would hope the applicants meet the following criteria:
* ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect.
* Between 1-5 years post-qualification experience preferred.
* Previous experience working on Residential projects.
* To be an effective communicator, with clients and contractors alike.
* Excellent time management skills. Able to prioritise and organise workload effectively.
Salaries are negotiable for the right individual – Circa £32,500-£37,000 per annum.
