Conrad Consulting are on the lookout for a Junior or Intermediate Architectural Technician, looking for the next step in their career.
We are working with a small, reputable Architectural Studio in Warrington that require a Junior/Intermediate Level Architectural Technician to join their team, which currently comprises around 10 members of staff. This includes Architects and experienced Architectural Technicians.
Projects are predominantly within the Residential, Industrial, and Healthcare sectors. This typically includes bespoke housing, Residential Care Homes & Extra care facilities. No two days are the same within this company. You can expect to dramatically change and diversify your portfolio here and expand your skillset exponentially under the guidance and tutelage of some incredibly experienced veterans of the industry.
In order to be considered for the role, we would hope for candidates to display the following criteria:
* Good, general construction knowledge.
* To be well presented and with an ability to communicate with clients and contractors.
* AutoCAD & REVIT skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft office, Sketch-up and Photoshop.
* Excellent Technical ability.
Salary offered is £22,500 – £30,000 depending on experience.
As a Junior/Intermediate-level Architectural Technician, you will be exposed to large scale projects across the North West and Nationally.
