Kitchen Sales Designer

Simon Acres Recruitment are working with an ambitious, design focused and exciting company who are seeking a skilled Kitchen Sales Designer to work in their family run Showroom. This position is paying between
£25,000 – £30,000 + Commission for the right candidate.
Your duties will include:
Designing and selling a range of bespoke kitchens and furniture
Working with a typically high kitchen order value
Connecting with customers face to face, over the phone and through email to understand their brief and guide them through the design and purchasing process
Scheduling and attend new leads
Producing concept designs based upon customers’ requirements
Presenting proposed designs and costings
Scheduling and attending site surveys once a job is sold
Following up on leads you have worked
Advising customers: answering questions about products, technical specifications, designing trends and space planning
Identifying and developing sales leads, nurturing the prospect through the sales process, and closing sales
Developing a sales pipeline of potential customers
Striving to exceed target revenue goals and exceeding threshold revenue goals
Using your persuasive selling skills to close sales and suggest upgrades and accessories
Maintaining accurate documentation of sales activity and maintaining customer records in the CRM Software
Helping build a positive, opening culture that encourages and rewards cooperation and collaborating
The candidate:
Minimum of 2 years experience designing and selling Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
Great organisation skills and the ability to focus on multiple projects
The ability to see projects through from conception to completion
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Knowledge of Google Sketchup and Auto CAD preferable but not essential; but good knowledge/experience with other CAD Software essential
Showroom hours are Monday to Saturday 9.30-17.00, and the contract is to work a 5 day week, this will include working a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month
Full UK Driver Licence
