Senior Level Designer – Fully Remote
I am working with an international company that is looking for an experienced Level Designer to join their team of around 100 people. They are currently expanding their team and have offices in Europe, North America, South America, Asia and are looking to open offices in more countries as they continue to grow.
My client has been constantly breaking records every month and is now one of the front-runners in a market estimated by Bloomberg to be worth $800 Billion.
They are looking for an outstanding Level Designer to create levels for their UGC virtual world using their 'no-code' game maker tool. You will be working alongside 3D artists and creators to produce voxel assets to put them into context and implement the behaviors and components of the game maker to create games with quests, rewards, etc
This role is full-time, permanent but will be offered as a contracting/freelance agreement (happy to give more detail). Bonuses + holiday allowance are included.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Game Design and Level Design concepts
Designing avatar-centric 3D levels
Working with in-house editors (Unity or something similar)
Working with MMORPGs or adventure games
Very clear communication and organisational skillsNice to Haves:
Played other UGC games where you create your own levels (including mechanics) such as Minecraft or Roblox
An eye for aesthetics, knowing what makes an environment appealing and a story compelling
Having coordinated a team in the past
Having been involved in UX processes for an editing tool
Knowledge about cryptogames- IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS – FAST OFFERS –
