This is a great career move for a Midweight Graphic Designer. Working as part of an integrated in house design team, you’ll have a varied workload and play a key role in the further development of the brand. An exciting time to join the organisation, they have some exciting campaigns to deliver in 2022 and need the expertise of a creative and hard-working midweight designer to help them fulfil their ambitions.

The midweight designer role
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of design requests from across the business, working along- side the Senior Designer to take them through the initial concept stage to production.
From print to digital and video, you’ll be tasked with creating assets for every channel; enhancing their visual brand identity and making campaigns memorable and engaging, whilst being a brand guardian and ensuring every asset, whether internal or external is within the brand guidelines.
This will be a busy role with lots of activity and stakeholders to manage, so you’ll also be responsible for managing the workflow and managing the briefing process and ensuring team members are coordinated to get the work completed.

Experience needed
A minimum of 3 years in a similar graphic design role creating assets for digital, print and social and working within brand guidelines.
Skilled in using a Mac and the full Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator especially.
Great team-working and communication skills; the ability to truly collaborate with others; whether it’s stakeholders or marketing colleagues.
