Architectural Technician

Salary : £25000 – £35000/annum
We are recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join a RIBA charted practice located in Hampshire with Southampton and Winchester being commutable locations. This practice pride themselves on obtaining expertise in; design development and production information, conceptual design, detail design and planning negotiation.
With their hands-on approach, the team at this practice attain extensive experience of liaising with clients and contractors on both traditional and design & build projects. This practice has over 40 years’ experience and knowledge within the Architectural sector.
The practice of 6 well-informed staff is seeking an Architectural Technician that is technical biased and has the experience to work on a multimillion-pound assisted living project – from technical design to on-site, RIBA Stages 3–5.
In addition, as an Architectural Technician within this RIBA Practice, you will be anticipated to have a strong motivation to work on your own smaller-scale projects within commercial and residential sectors. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Bentley MicroStation or have the willingness to develop knowledge on the software – the team at this Practice will offer training on-site.

* Experience to work on a multimillion-pound project from RIBA Stages 3–5.
* Desire to manage own smaller-scale projects.
* Knowledge in Bentley MicroStation or have the willingness to build skills in the software.
* Residential and commercial projects.
* Technical bias.
The Salary for this position is £25K – £35K (DOE).
