Architectural Assistant
A great opportunity has come about for an Architectural Assistant, with a minimum of 2 years' experience, to support the Design & Technical Team.
Skills required for the role are:-
* Proficiency in Autocad
* Ability to produce accurate plans, elevations and sections
* Knowledge of other programmes such as Photoshop
* Good communication, lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
* To work with and support the Senior Architectural Technician and Interior Design Team, producing drawing packages
* Assist generally within the Architectural and Design Teams
* To work with the Senior Technician, producing and submitting drawings for statutory applications, therefore a knowledge of building regulations and relevant codes is required
* General knowledge of building materials and construction
* To work with the Senior Technician when required to survey buildings, accurately drawing up the information
* To work with the Senior Technician and Design Team in ensuring technical and design drawings are co-ordinated
* Produce 'as-built' drawings
