An exciting position has become available for a full-time Kitchen Designer/Salesperson based in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will earn a highly competitive salary negotiable depending on experience and the role will be based mainly in our busy showroom.
Role Requirements
* Have experience in working towards targets in a commission/target-based role.
* You will have a strong technical understanding of construction principles, excellent time management, and outstanding sales skills.
* Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport.
* Be confident and highly motivated.
* Hold a full UK driving licence & own vehicle to attend home design appointments.
* Will have experience working with computer-based design packages.
* Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.
* Experience of bathroom/bedroom sales would be an advantage but is not essential.
Role Responsibilities
* As a designer you will be responsible from the initial planning stages of a kitchen through to completion by our installers or the customers own.
* The employer expects their Designers to be inspiring, outgoing and ambitious.
* As well as being part of the showroom team, you will conduct home design visits to design and specify all relevant products for the Kitchen projects through the use of Virtual Worlds & Winner Design, alongside showroom presentations.

The company employs its own fitters, ensuring a quality installation, and also offers a competitive supply only service. The company’s Basingstoke showroom features fully fitted displays over two floors.
