Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary : £23000 – £26000/annum
We are recruiting for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a collaborative, people-oriented practice located in Sheffield City Centre as soon as possible.
This RIBA practice is well-established, with 15 staff in their Sheffield office which is made up of 3 departments: Architecture, Bespoke, and Planning.
They are a forward-thinking and design-focused practice that utilises Revit as their key software. They are hoping to hire a motivated and innovative Part 2 Architectural Assistant with experience in RIBA stages 3 – 4 (onwards) to help with effective project delivery.
As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will be totally supported and mentored for your Part 3 while enhancing your experience in projects such as bespoke homes, large high-rise residential schemes, and industrial. Flexible working hours subject to project workload.
The award-winning practice is keen to develop and reward its staff for the continuous service provided to them. Two of the Associate Directors joined the company 10 years ago as apprentices.
As mentioned, this RIBA practice is enthusiastic to support you in achieving your Part 3.
Salary: £23k – £26k (DOE).
The Position: Part 2 Architectural Assistant
* Produce technical detailing & building regulation packages
* Work closely with Senior Architects & Directors of the office on ongoing projects
* Assist with planning applications
* Liaise and working closely with different clients, contractors, and consultants.
* Excellent Revit skills are essential
