I am pleased to be instructed by an award-winning Chartered IFA practice to assist with the appointment of an additional IFA Administrator to their South Manchester-based Head Office due to growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company with excellent reputation and accomplishments which provides employees with the platform, support and tools required to be successful in the Financial Planning field.
Your role will be instrumental in the provision of quality support service to Financial Advisers and their client, and will involve processing new business, administration of valuations and client reviews, diary management, acting as a first point of contact to all client queries, as well as providing any further support the Advisers need.
The successful candidate must have previous working exposure to Independent Financial Advisers and experience in a similar role, preferably within an IFA practice. Intelligent Office system as well as WRAP Platform (particularly AJ Bell) experience is a desirable requirement. The candidate will also ideally be studying towards the Certificate in Financial Planning.
