CAD Designer / Revit Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £35000/annum
Our client has over 50 years’ experience in providing their niche range of ‘architectural’ aligned products to commercial and domestic markets. All of their projects are of bespoke design and tailored to the exact needs and requirements of their clients.
Due to increased growth, they are seeking a CAD Technician / Revit Technician to join their existing but small team of Designers.
Predominately using Auto Desk Revit, the responsibilities of this role will include:
Designing to the clients brief and working to industry professional standards
Produce high quality drawing packages including plans, elevations and services drawings
Produce and revise layouts, design and working drawings.
Modelling for pipework, pumps, buildings and lighting etc.
Production of 3D BIM and 2D and 3D renders for client approval.
You will have:
Revit and/or AutoCAD experience is essential
Experience of producing 2D CAD drawings and 3D renders
Experience of being involved in large construction projects is desirable.
