Senior Planner / Planning Associate
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £50000/annum
An exciting career opportunity for a talented Senior Planner or Planning Associate to join one of the UK's leading independent Planning and Design consultancies based within their Newcastle office.
The ideal candidate should be MRTPI qualified or working towards it, have excellent communication and technical skills, strong planning experience and good knowledge of the local planning market and clients. You will be collaborative by nature, commercially minded and able to take on personal responsibility whilst having an excellent eye for detail.
The successful candidate will work on a broad range of planning projects, using their local knowledge and national influence to plan and deliver projects of all types and scales, including within the residential, commercial and employment sectors – Certainly some fantastic projects in the pipeline!
