Architectural Technician (6 Months contract)

Salary : £24 – £27/hour
We are looking for a freelance or Contract Architect or Architectural Technician to join a reputable firm of Architects in Lancashire. Flexible/home-based working will be offered as standard.
*This will likely be a minimum of 6 months work, with a view to extension dependent on future workload and quality of performance*
The company are one of the North-Wests mainstays. They have been prominent across the Architectural landscape of the region for a number of years and continue to thrive in an ever-increasingly competitive market. One of their most-recently commissioned schemes has received national attention across various media channels. This notable project is due to break-ground in the coming months and on the back of this there is a requirement for support across both the Design and technical teams within this studio.

Requirements of the Architectural Technician include:
To hold a relevant Architectural qualification (Degree, HNC, HND).
Minimum 3 years practical experience.
Proficiency using REVIT is essential!
All project sector backgrounds will be considered (Residential, Commercial, Health, etc).
Ability to 'hit the ground running' with minimal supervision.
Excellent design & technical capabilities.
