Our internal team of business psychologist are responsible for designing and delivering bespoke leadership assessment and development solutions, lead consultancy projects, design and deliver bespoke training, and manage and enhance our people's careers and client accounts.

The Role.

We are seeking a highly organised, creative, and efficient Marketing Executive / PA to support the CEO. This is a varied role, where no day will be the same splitting your time between Marketing and acting as PA to the CEO. As part of the business support team, you will be supporting and anticipating the needs of the CEO on a range of responsibilities, whilst working closely with Head of Marketing to ensure all aspects of external and internal communications are in line with the strategic positioning and brand identity of the Group, coordinating internal and external events whilst managing our social media platforms.

Marketing and Events

Regulate the output of content for the Group's brands, directed at either candidates, clients or future Blayze employees in line with the agreed marketing plan.
Implement the internal communications strategy and establish a consistent weekly and monthly communication schedule (to include recognition, incentives, and performance updates)
Create and manage regular company presentations
Implement the social media plans across various platforms
Pull monthly analytics to help keep the social media plan up to date and relevant
Help coordinate events, such as our annual ski trip, monthly team building events, quarterly lunches including conferences and other external appearances. This includes both encouraging and facilitating participation in industry events
Responsible for researching and liaising with venues, negotiating with suppliers, and managing all bookings. This includes; organising travel & accommodation ensuring you are working within a budget and completed within a timely manner
Help identify and drive the Group's entry into industry awards.
Manage collateral and act as brand guardian across the Group.
Creation and publication of all marketing material and campaigns in line with the Marketing Plan.
Creativity and innovation, coming up with new ideas that will add value to each brand.
Responsible for all internal communication, managing well-articulated, transparent, and effective communication within the Group to the benefit of the business commercially and to ensure this communication is understood by all within the company.
Create and distribute fortnightly incentive updates driven by Head of Finance.PA to CEO

Extensive diary management involves coordinating meetings and optimising the CEO's time with an understanding of priorities
Manage, coordinate and at times, attend external meetings, securing venues and catering ensuring the day runs smoothly and in a timely manner
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Taking minutes in meetings when required, always with utmost confidentiality and integrity
Maintaining control of monthly expenses
Prepare reports and presentations, including drafting and distributing meeting agendas and minutes
Proofreading internal and external documents and presentations
Creating and maintaining an effective network and good working relation with external EA's
Arranging complex business travel arrangements
Meet & greet clients
Administrative and organisational support
Fielding calls in a professional mannerRequirements.

We'd love to hear from people who want to develop their marketing careers with these skills and experience:

Strong written content skills, an English A-Level (or above) is preferable
Proficient in MS Office packages
6-months to 1-year Marketing or Administration experience
Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Google Analytics, and Word Press would be desirableAbout you.
