This is an outstanding opportunity for an Associate-level Architect to step into a role where they will be empowered to strategically develop and lead a studio, winning and delivering work in the South East.

With over 250 talented architects, designers, heritage consultants and surveyors across 14 offices in the UK and overseas, the opportunity exists to become a part of something huge.
The ideal Architect will be a results-driven, tenacious, self-starter who possesses the ability to focus on winning new business whilst leading and developing the studio alongside the management of a range of bespoke architectural projects.
Associate Architect Requirements:
RIBA / ARB registered Architect
AABC, IHBC, RIBASCA accreditation – desirable
Demonstrable experience operating at an Associate Architect level within the UK
Proven business development and work winning skills
Commercial awareness / aptitude for business management
Proven ability of leading, managing and developing Architectural individuals and teams
Experience on delivering major projects over £25m construction value
Ability to manage the seamless running of all architectural projects to the highest standards through all RIBA work-stages
Excellent communication & presentation skills
The successful Associate Architect will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of £45-£50k.
