Architectural Technologist

Recent multiple award winning Leeds City Architectural Practice famed for delivering projects within the Residential and Healthcare sectors seeks an accomplished Architectural Technologist to supplement their regional team of thirty professionals.
The successful Architectural Technologist will be joining the Leeds studio of this distinguished award winning Architectural Practice, based in a large open plan office in Leeds City centre our clients core markets (Residential & Healthcare) have remained very buoyant despite the recent challenges we have all faced. As we now enter the New Year their robust business plan with expansion at its core is accelerating once again.
The successful Architectural Technologist will be joining their established Residential team and will be under the expert tutelage of an Associate Project Lead. You will be working predominantly at the technical delivery phases of the project , specifically RIBA stages 04-07 for projects up to the value of circa £20m with the majority of the initial projects within the extra care markets.
As an Architectural Technologist you will be required to have a good working knowledge of REVIT software ideally and understand how buildings are constructed, some previous site experience would be desirable, however if this is not a forte currently you will get exposure to some job running as the project advances through the construction stages.
Ideally the Architectural Technologist will have the following –
Degree qualified Architectural Technologist with circa 3-5 years' experience ideally, more or less will also be considered.
Technical proficiency in REVIT would be advantageous.
Some previous Residential or Healthcare experience.
Keen to learn and develop under the mentorship of a Senior Associate
Aspirations to become MCIAT and develop their career.
Jon running and client facing skills.

Salary depending on experience circa £30,000 – £35,000 + 25 days holiday, private healthcare, pension, no discretionary bonus.
