Project Architect
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £32000 – £35000/annum
Conrad Consulting, in partnership with a reputable design studio in Liverpool City Centre are recruiting for an Project Architect in response to a recent increase in workload.
This practice work across a multitude of design sectors including Residential, Commercial and various others. Applicants with a particular interest or experience within these sectors will be viewed upon favourably.
This particular vacancy would best suit an Project Architect with the desire to thrive within a buoyant design practice.
Ideally applicants will meet the following criteria:
* ARB/RIBA Qualified.
* 1-5 years post qualification experience.
* Excellent Communication/Presentation skills.
* Sound knowledge of current UK legislation.
* AutoCAD & REVIT experience.
* Hand-Drawing/Sketching skills would be advantageous.
* Particular experience within the Residential or Commercial sectors would be advantageous.
