Conrad Consulting are presenting an opportunity for an Architect to join one of Liverpool's best known Architecture practices.
The position we are recruiting for is at 'Architect' level. Anyone with ARB/RIBA qualification and up to 2 or 3 years post-qualification experience should read on to assess whether that might be suitable for this role.
This reputable firm of Architects have been established within Liverpools thriving Architectural scene for over 30 years and in recent years have diversified their business to remain competitive across the North-Wests extremely busy market place. Their workload encompasses a mixture of Residential and Commercial schemes primarily completed using the latest REVIT software.
In joining this company as an Architect, you will be thrust into an important role within the company hierarchy. You will receive mentorship from Senior members of staff and Directors and will also provide guidance to junior members of staff. Allthewhile you will be using your excellent design experience, creativity and flair to produce inspiring Architecture in Liverpool and across the region.
The roles and responsibilities of the Architect will include:
Taking a leading role within the design-team.
Managing large volume and high profile projects.
Present to clients, local authorities.
Submitting Building regulations applications.
Using REVIT software to complete Design and Technical work.
Writing design & access statements.
Managing planning appeals and inquiries.
Attending site visits.
This company have a long history of working within the Residential & Commercial sectors. They have a busy pipeline of exciting project forecast for the remainder of the year and into 2022, hence their immediate requirement for an experienced Architect to join the team and hit the ground running.
Applicants will ideally have some experience using REVIT software and a strong portfolio in one of the aforementioned design sectors.
Salary: £28,000-£32,000
