Experienced Architectural Assistant (PT1 or PT2)

Exceptional opportunity for a work experienced RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a superb award winning Architectural Practice in Sheffield.. The practice are based just outside of the City centre but remain walking distance from the train station, they also operate a fully flexible agile working model, offering their people the best of both studio and remote working.
This design led studio is home to some incredibly talented individuals; the type any aspiring Assistant would really benefit from working with closely on a day-to-day basis. They are busy across the board, specifically this opportunity it to support the design and delivery of a variety of projects including a large build to rent scheme, various mixed use urban regeneration projects and several net zero office developments.
They are looking for talented work experienced Architectural Assistants (RIBA Part 1 or 2) to help support the existing team whilst learning and developing into a confident Architect themselves. The practice support their Architectural Assistant's through their further qualifications on route to becoming qualified Architects. You will be provided with the work necessary to complete your log book while working towards your Part 3 along with the financial support to pay for it all.
Key responsibilities of the Part 2 Architectural Assistant will include the following:
·Produce high quality outputs across all RIBA stages.
·Concept design production from briefing information.
·Using REVIT software (Some REVIT experience is essential)
·Attending site and client meetings.
·Responding to client and design team queries.
·Post production work using Photoshop.
.Support projects through planning and liaise with planning consultants.
Skills & qualifications required for this role are as follows:
·Hold a RIBA Part 1 OR Part 2 qualification.
·Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD & REVIT . Alongside Photoshop, Indesign and the Adobe creative suite.
·Be well organised, able to work autonomously and as part of a team and be enthusiastic towards your work.
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary likely to be in the region of £25,000 -£28,000 per annum (dependant on experience).
