The company

With a fantastic culture and an amazing client list, this creative comms agency deliver a range of projects for multiple brands within the financial services, technology, retail and automotive sectors. Events can include product launches, internal training events, sales kick off meetings, experiential activations and much more. Since the pandemic events have been delivered across virtual platforms with hybrid and live events coming back now with pace!

The role

As a Graphic Designer you will use your technical skills and creativity to design visual concepts that communicate effectively with the target audience.

Use industry standard software inc digital illustration, photo editing and layout software to create designs
Demonstrate a strong understanding of effective logo design, typography and layout
Create visual concepts and designs for use across multiple channels including print (inc packaging, printed collateral, merchandise etc) and digital (inc video, animation, websites etc)
Create client proposals and creative assets
Attend briefings and client meetings to determine scope, requirements and expectations of each project
Input and challenge requirements where necessary to ensure a robust briefing process
Apply brand guidelines correctly to graphic and creative assets
Plan and forecast for projects keeping within the allocated timeframes
The candidate

You will ideally have a Graphic Design degree or equivalent and some experience working in an agency environment offering creative, comms, content and engagement services. A creative thinker and problem solver, with an excellent understanding of the creative and technical design process.
