You'll join our knowledgeable team in Redhill, London. Our Redhill design office is located at our manufacturing facility which gives you a unique working relationship with wider areas of the business.

As a Trainee Timber Engineering Designer you'll enter on to our internal training program to develop in to a fully-fledged Designer in 2-2.5 years, depending on how quickly you develop. You'll learn how to design our products, primarily timber roof trusses in preparation for manufacture, how to work and develop relationships with customers as well as everything in between.

Passion for design, ideally you've got working experience with a package such as CAD even if it's just as a hobby
Customer focused attitude, you'll be working with a wide variety of people from architects to builders
Desire to work within the in the construction industry
3D modelling experience is advantageous but not essential
