Tec Partners are working with a dedicated AAA multiplayer studio based in London. This reputable studio is looking to add a super talented Lead Lighting Artist to their passionate team, as they continue to work on several exciting new projects.
In your role as a Lead Lighting Artist, you will be working closing with the Art Director, ensuring that the game looks visually outstanding and of course, fun to play.
Main responsibilities:
Creating impressive scene lighting based on the Art Directors vision.
Working closing with the Art and Engineering team to create lighting pipelines within Unreal
Being an inspiration and motivated leader to the creative team.
Consistently maintaining a high standard of work required for the game
Be an advocate for best practice and team processes.
Essential skills:
Experience of working as a Lead Artist on at least one released title.
A working knowledge of HDR pipelines, final lighting / rendering
Have previously working under runtime constraints whilst creating quality lighting.
Strong understanding of Unreal Engine lighting tools.
A passion for the gaming industry
