Senior Architectural Technician (Developer)

Senior Architectural Technician required to join a developer in Cheshire in one of the most interesting and unique Architectural vacancies we have available at Conrad Consulting.
Our client have an excellent reputation for clever and innovative design. They have an ability to design interesting and modern buildings whilst remaining sensitive to the surroundings of the local area. Their projects are typically Domestic, Residential buildings or Retirement living schemes and they are usually Low-medium rise developments.
The existing, in-house technical team within this development group is comprised of around 7 members of staff. This includes A Design Manager, Senior Architectural Technicians a and junior/intermediate-level Technicians. Where they require extra support currently is in the Senior Technical team. This person would ideally be an experienced or Senior Architectural Technician with a minimum of 5 years practical experience working on similar Residential-type projects. A proven job-runner is what we are looking for; someone capable of overseeing schemes with minimal supervision whilst managing and mentoring lesser-experienced members of staff.

In order to be considered for this exciting Senior Architectural Technician vacancy, please review the criteria below and assess your suitability to the role:
Hold a relevant Architectural Qualification.
Minimum 5 years practical experience (UK-based preferred).
Previous experience working on Residential projects.
Excellent knowledge of UK building regs and NHBC Technical standards.
Practical REVIT experience is important.
A confident and approachable manner, and ability to oversee lesser-experienced member of staff when required.
On offer is a salary in the region of £42,000-£50,000 per annum. The successful Senior Architectural Technician will also receive private Healthcare for them and their family alongside a generous Pension contribution and incredibly flexible working-system.
