We are currently seeking a Junior Architectural Technician to join a talented housing developer that is located in Taunton – just off Junction 25 – making the office highly accessible to those with a driver’s license. The prominent housing developer pride themselves on their outstanding customer care and are committed to giving the best possible service.

This well-established and high-end developer is growing at speed and retain a busy workload with their main focus of New Builds within the Southwest of England. The highly successful team are proactive and utilise AutoCAD as their primary software. They take satisfaction in being involved in every step of developing a New Build site – from purchasing the land to the snagging of the houses.

As a Junior Architectural Technician, ideally, you will have knowledge of building regulations, NHBC and premier standards, as well as obtaining effective communication skills in order to confidently liaise with consultants. AutoCAD experience is essential to flourish within this business. Customer care is a significant factor for this housing developer, so obtaining communication skills is important for this position.

The position: Junior Architectural Technician

* Experience in producing technical drawings and detailing.

* AutoCAD experience is essential.
