Senior Architectural Technician (REVIT)

Salary : £36000 – £40000/annum
Conrad Consulting have a new vacancy available for either a Senior Architectural Technician to join a busy practice in Edinburgh.
You will be joining a medium-sized, modern Architectural practice with ambitious plans for the future. One of their flagship mixed-use projects has reached a crucial stage and we're looking for someone to join the company, adapt quickly and take real ownership of it. If you're comfortable in a senior role and confident in your ability as a project-leading, Senior Architectural Technician or Technologist we want to hear from you!
From Day one you will be mentored by the existing Directorship team and provided with a structured outline on how to succeed in this role. You will be involved in mentoring/assisting the lesser-experienced members of the team and playing a key role in the design and delivery phases of several large-scale projects; including some exciting high-rise Residential projects and a unique retail roll-out. The projects are based UK-wide, including throughout scotland, Northern England and London.
We would hope applicants meet the following criteria:
·Relevant Architectural Qualification (Degree, HND, HND) – Minimum 5 Years Post-Qualification Experience.
·Previous experience working on Residential-type projects (High-Rise, PRS, etc). Retail experience also beneficial.
·Ability using AutoDesk software: REVIT preferred, AutoCAD also beneficial.
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
·Confidence and Passion working on 'front-end' design. Demonstrable in a portfolio.
·To be confident, approachable and sociable within the office.
·Ability to engage with lesser experienced members of the team and offer experience/advice.
Salary: £36,000-£40,000
