A small, multi-disciplinary design & planning practice specialising in eye-catching, high-end residential developments are seeking a RIBA Chartered Architect to join them in Buckinghamshire….

Having been in operation for over a decade now, this firm began its life as an efficient family-run business and quickly established themselves as a highly reputable and award-winning company who deliver attractive and bespoke designs for a range of low to medium-rise residential schemes.

In order to build upon their successes, the practice are now looking for a highly organised RIBA Chartered Architect with a proven track record in the Residential sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architect who enjoys the variety of producing personalised, private residential projects. The role would be suitable for either an aspiring up-and-coming Architect or a more experienced and adept Architect as long as you can demonstrate high levels of organisation and the ability to hit the ground running.

This is an urgent requirement, such is the demanding amount of work in the pipeline, and so an immediate start is available to the right candidate.

Architect Requirements:

RIBA Chartered Architect – Essential
Demonstrable experience within the UK Residential sector
Ability to operate upon all RIBA stages of a project
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Highly organised & efficient
Confident communication skills particularly in a client-facing capacity
Self-motivated and strong work ethic
Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle
