Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a growing architectural practice, based in stunning modern offices just outside of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a small team of highly dedicated Architectural professionals that have been in operation for just over 3 years. Between the current team, the practice features Architects, Project Managers and Architectural Technicians that boast a wealth of industry experience between them. The practice now needs a dedicated and experienced Architectural Technician to join the team to facilitate further growth.

The practice offer a broad range of work and project types and often design & build their projects, meaning you would be involved from start to finish on the projects you have been working on, seeing them come to fruition. The Architectural Technician role would suit an individual that is a team player that can also work autonomously when required. Your time will be split between design work and site visits.

In terms of the kind of projects you will be working on as an Architectural Technician in this instance include; high end luxury homes valuing £1m+, a 24 unit apartment complex, a large scale leisure facility (d&b), 12-15 unit housing development (d&b), and many many more. The practice currently has a pipeline of working that will see them in to 2023 which, given the current climate, is extremely positive.

An outstanding opportunity for an Architectural Technician that is seeking a new challenge, and wants to grow within a practice that have big plans for the future.

Advantageous skills and qualifications of the Architectural Technician include the following:

Architectural Technology degree or a HNC/HND in a related field.
At least 5 years of industry experience, ideally within a private practice environment.
Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD (essential).
Comfortable attending site visits alone, and speaking with clients on a regular basis.
Knowledge of UK building regs

In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of £30,000-£40,000 (dependant on experience) per annum alongside a competitive benefits package.
