Creative Account Manager
Location: Berkhamsted – Hybrid (3 Days Home 2 Office)
Salary: DOE
Company: A full-service packaging and branding agency.
Role: Responsible for managing account and/or projects from initial concept to completion – through design process to production whilst ensuring an exceptional client service.
* Serves as the main day-to-day contact projects for clients, suppliers, external partners, and the account team
* Project Management of Artwork and Repro requirements, ensuring all key dates in the project critical path are met and that the client and
* Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams
* Answering client queries/ dealing with issues/ managing client expectations
* Liaising directly with suppliers and printers to ensure the artwork production process runs smoothly and their considerations and feedback are acknowledged and actioned as appropriate.
* Ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables
* Coordinate client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle
* Managing creative projects from initial concept to completion, on time and budget
* Creating job briefs and booking in jobs
* Dealing with client queries and complaints whilst project managing ongoing projects
* Visiting clients on and off site
Requirements:
* Experience working within a packaging / branding agency
* Experience within the packaging industry retail or brand preferrable
* Experience within creative design and roll out
* Interpretation of creative client briefs essential, with the ability to rewrite and brief internal design team
* Confident presentation skills – you will be required to shareback creative concepts with client
* Good commercial awareness and previous experience of client financials – raising quotes and invoicing projects
* Ability to manage multiple creative & adaptive projects simultaneously
* Experience of working in a deadline driven, fast paced environment
* Must be proactive, forward thinking individual with a can do attitude
* A flexible and accommodating team player who is client centric
* Must be friendly and approachable at all times
