Salary : £37000 – £43000/annum
Experienced Project Architect required to join the Leeds City Centre studio for an established national Architectural Practice to project lead a variety of large-scale framework awarded projects within the Education sector.
Boasting an impressive and diverse project portfolio across several sectors nationally our client have established an excellent reputation for seeing through large scale projects from inception to completion. Whilst the Practice boast an impressive cross sector track record of successful commissions across the country they are best known for their work in the Education, Residential, Workplace, Advanced Manufacturing and Commercial sectors. Their Leeds office, which was recently successfully established to grow their presence in the north of the UK has grown exponentially and boasts a seriously talented team which is looking to further expand. Culturally our client promote a very flexible working ethos, the successful individual would benefit from hybrid working and flexible working hours, ideal for individuals with family commitments.
They are now looking to bolster their Leeds studio with the addition of a capable job running project Architect with excellent REVIT capabilities to work on projects across all RIBA Stages. Ideally you will have in the region of up to 5 plus years post qualification experience and be accomplished at working across all RIBA stages of work with a particular focus on securing someone who excels at project delivery, excellent contemporary design flair and imagination is fundamental to all candidates who work here.
The Project Architect will also have the following
* ARB/RIBA Qualified Project Architect.
* Minimum 5-7 years post qualification experience.
* Excellent Communication/Presentation skills.
* Sound knowledge of current UK legislation.
* REVIT software proficient.
* Hand-Drawing/Sketching skills would be advantageous.
* Particular experience within the Commercial, Education or Residential sectors would be advantageous.
