Are you a Graphic Designer or Videographer with Graphic Design skills, looking for bags of variety and career development opportunities? We have an opportunity to join a global organization, as part of a small and close-knit in-house content and marketing team, and produce storytelling content using a combination of videography, animation and graphic design. The salary is £25 – £32k, depending on experience and a package of good benefits. The role requires team huddles twice a week in Stratford Upon Avon and approximately one monthly visit to various locations throughout the UK.
Our client is a global organisation, in the service sector. They work on behalf of some fantastic household name brands to deliver customer service and sales solutions. The UK arm houses a small, creative content team that supports the organisation in many areas. The variety is bonkers, from events, exhibitions, internal communications, site branding, presentations, virtual site tours and a whole lot more.
The Role
You would join a team of 3, to make number 4. The team consists of the Marketing Director, who really empowers the team to get as much from their role and development as possible, a Graphic Designer and Co-Ordinator. They all pull together to deliver multiple communications. There is a strong team spirit.
You will be a brand champion, and create on brand content for social platforms and support sales collateral; create content for awards; presentation creation, location branding for consumer brands such as Waitrose, Weight Watchers, Renault and many more; internal comms, events and more.
You'll enjoy extracting and producing stories that engage, through whatever medium and spend regular time travelling to various sites to gather content from wider teams in the business. As such, if you enjoy relationship building and influencing, the role will be very satisfying indeed.
About You
First and foremost, you are a Graphic Designer and want to develop as a multi-disciplinary Designer. You will come with skills in Video and Animation, and a desire to develop those skills.
Or, maybe you are a qualified Videographer who has developed Graphic Design skills.
You'll fit really well and enjoy the role if you love relationship building, getting out and about, solving problems visually and a person who likes to make things happen!
