Their continued success in leading the way in innovative and efficient design has resulted in an increase to their workload and as such they really require an Architectural Technician or Technologist with the ability to hit the ground running. The successful Architectural Technician will be required to work primarily on a variety of residential projects throughout Essex and surrounding areas.
This role would be ideal for an Architectural Technician that takes great pride in their work as an enormous emphasis is put upon the look, feel and efficiency of any development that is undertaken by the practice.
Essential Architectural Technician Requirements:
Architectural Technologist Degree or similar relevant qualification
CIAT membership
5 years' experience operating within UK industry, preferably within either the Residential, Commercial or Heritage sectors
High proficiency in AutoCAD
Proficiency with Sketch Up, InDesign and Photoshop is highly desirable
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
