The Role:
Our client are a leading graphics, signage and large format print company, they have won awards for the manufacturer of their display and graphics, offering a superb range of point of sale, graphics, indoor and outdoor signage, posters and exhibition stands.
They are currently recruiting for an Estimator / Account Manager to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
• Previous estimating / customer services experience essential.
• Large format experience would be a distinct advantage however the client will consider any print background.
• Looking after accounts for various bespoke and ad hoc clients.
• Produce estimates within agreed timescales.
• Liaise with other departments.
• Experience dealing with Clients and Suppliers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved throughout.
• Manage client communications in most effective manner.
• Ensure jobs are processed and managed in line with procedures and meeting client’s requirements.
• Ensure all jobs are managed within the agreed timescales
