We are seeking a passionate individual with a strong Revit Skill set to join our BIM team to contribute to modelling, enhancing quality and efficiency of delivery. A BIM manager role would also be considered for a suitable candidate
Role:
* Active delivery of modelling, leading co-ordination with other disciplines, including attendance of inter-disciplinary BIM co-ordination meetings.
* Contributing to, or leading (subject to experience):
* Formalising, developing and monitoring of internal BIM standards.
* Developing the existing BIM team, driving integrity, quality and efficiency of modelling, establishing productivity efficiencies.
* Periodic training support of CAD users / novice Revit operators in use of Revit.
* Joining design team BIM coordination calls
Skills: Revit/BIM (3D), Microsoft Office suite
Experience: 5 years+ Revit
Experience in Foodservice, Interior Design, Fit-out or Consulting Engineering would be an advantage.
COBie and classification data experience would also be valuable
