Salary : £24000 – £28500/annum
A unique opportunity had arisen for a qualified Architect with a passion for design to join a busy, Manchester-based Architectural development group.
Our client are a busy, Architecturally business focused primarily within the Residential sector. They have been established across the North-West now for over 25 years and are busier than ever. Their established team consists of Architects, Technicians and various other construction professionals. Where they now have a requirement is within their Design Team; for an Architectural Assistant with a minimum of 1 year's practical experience and key experience at the early stages of the RIBA plan of work.

To apply for this vacancy, we would want applicants to meet the following criteria:
Degree Qulaified to RIBA Part 2 level.
Minimum 1 year's experience required.
AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup.
Excellent communication skills. Both written and verbal.
Full, clean driving licence with access to a car.
Proven experience submitting bids.
Proven experience at stages 0-3 of the RIBA plan of work.
Salary is negotiable and commensurate dependent on your experience. We will accept applications from recently qualified Architects, assuming you meet the aforementioned criteria.
