The Role – Senior Architect
The role on offer is for an experienced Architect with approximately 5 years of post qualification experience, ideally already operating as a Senior Architect. You will be joining an office of approximately 25 Architectural colleagues, with the intention for you to head up and lead a small team of Architects and Architectural Assistants. As the Senior Architect, you will be running large scale Commercial and Mixed Use projects throughout the UK (and potentially internationally), being the main point of contact for clients and 3rd parties.
You will be working on projects throughout most of the RIBA cycle of works, from inception through to completion, so a broad and varied background as an Architect would be preferred for this position. You will be involved heavily in client liaison, so a confident attitude within client management is essential for this position. As a Senior Architect, you will be leading and mentoring more junior level Architects and Architectural Assistants, growing your own team within a friendly and cooperative environment.
Qualifications, Experienced and Skills Required
Fully qualified Architect with UK recognised Part 1, 2 and 3 qualifications.
ARB registration and RIBA accredited (desirable)
Approximately 5 years of post qualification experience, ideally having operated at a Senior level already.
Experience of working on large scale Mixed Use/Commercial projects.
Proficiency in the use of Revit software is essential.
Leadership and management experience.
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package dependant on experience, likely to be in the region of £38,000-£42,000 per annum.
