Associate Director level Architect required to join one of the UK's most recognised names in Architecture, Engineering and Project Management.

They have an incredibly busy pipeline of projects across Residential, Student Accommodation, Commercial, Education, Transportation and numerous other sectors situated locally and throughout the UK and internationally.

Each part of their business has a sector-lead and an existing team of designers equipped to provide unique and innovative design solutions to an ever-expanding client base. What they require now in Manchester is a senior, experienced individual to knit these teams together and offer both management and design-consultancy expertise to meet the incredibly high standards expected by their clients. They're looking for someone well-connected, confident, approachable, forward-thinking, innovative and most of all motivated to undertake what could be a life-changing role for both you and the company.

You will be joining a large office in Manchester city centre and will work alongside some of the UK's most creative and pioneering construction professionals. There is no limit to what can become of this role. You will already be joining the company towards the very top of the senior management structure but there is still scope to further grow and diversify as your role here develops.

Roles and responsibilities of the Associate Director Architect will include:

Providing management, design and technical expertise.
Enhancing and diversifying the company portfolio.
Business development and lead-generation.
Distributing work amongst internal teams.
Holding and attending meeting with junior colleagues and fellow members of the senior management team.
Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
Increasing headcount and targeting structured growth in the office.

Requirements of the Associate Director Architect include:

ARB/RIBA Qualification – Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience.
An existing network of contacts in Manchester and across the North-West would be beneficial.
Existing experience in one of the following sectors: Residential, Student Accommodation, Commercial, Education, Transportation.
Excellent design and technical capabilities.
Excellent communication and management skills.
Prior experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment would be beneficial.

A competitive salary will be offered commensurate with your level of experience (In the region of £55,000-£70,000 per annum).
