To support their increased market share, our client requires an experienced Design Executive with unrivalled interpersonal skills, to join their dynamic team.

Working within their expanding Ecommerce team and alongside their existing Design Executive, your responsibilities will include designing digital assets, testing them, and optimising them based on their performance. Responsibilities also include staying up to date on industry trends and working closely within the wider team to ensure a coordinated approach in providing graphic design materials as required in line with the marketing and promotional calendar.

Responsibilities:

* Create digital assets (static, video, and HTML) for a range of platforms (social, display advertising, eCommerce, websites, etc.)

* Create website assets from hero design to web animations.

* Create email designs for CRM programs and coordinate the creation of email templates in HTML.

* Design and develop homepages, landing pages, and email concepts.

* Create and execute concepts for digital advertising.

* Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation.

* Manage B2B content including product imagery, corresponding marketing assets and homepage visuals.

* Work on print media (catalogues, promotional materials) in conjunction with the Marketing team.

* Complete design briefs from partners for POS, in-store visuals, marketing materials, web assets etc.

* Worksheet creation for custom orders.

Your skills:

• Proven knowledge and experience of working in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Knowledge of good practice in web design, including usability and accessibility
• Some understanding of UX/UI design
• Experience designing content for social media
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS

• Pixel perfect attention to detail – ability to spot opportunities to improve creative assets
• Great communication skills and an ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects

• Understand analytics and insights to improve design performance.

Ideally, you will have knowledge of the following.

* Designing responsive ecommerce landing pages

* Experience designing eye-catching display ads

* Proactively keeps up to date with design trends

* Experience working with a CMS, more specifically Shopify.
