Architectural Technician – Residential
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £40000/annum
A highly successful mid-sized Architectural practice requires an Architectural Technician with experience in the Residential sector to join their team in Essex.
This award-winning company have forged an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality projects from inception through to completion from small high-end residential developments through to large multi-unit schemes for housing developers.
After securing numerous new and exciting project instructions, this practice have a packed pipeline of projects that puts the business in a great position to grow. As such, a highly adept Architectural Technician is required to become an important part of the company's future.
The ideal Architectural Technician will have demonstrable experience of working within the Residential sector and be able to work on projects autonomously from day one. Both AutoCAD and Revit are utilised at the practice and so proficiency with these software packages is highly sought after.
Architectural Technician Requirements
Relevant Architectural qualification desirable
Demonstrable experience working within UK architecture industry – particularly within the Residential sector
Outstanding technical ability
Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Standards
Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit
Good communication skills are essential
Full UK Driving License – ideal
A highly competitive salary is on offer, likely to be in the range of £30-£40k plus benefits.
