The Role:
• The Company would like to recruit a Print Assistant to work alongside the Senior production staff
• Learn to run the printers, maintain them and assist with the production process
Responsibilities:
• Assisting the senior printers, learning to run the presses and maintain them
• Learn all aspects of Large Format printing and finishing
• Willingness to learn and develop
• You will be developing and learning new skills
• Carrying out any jobs you are asked to do in a proactive and professional manner
• Learning how to maintain the machines
• Performing regular quality control checks
Requirements:
• Previous knowledge of working within a print production environment
• Experience of operating large format printing presses or similar equipment
• Passion and energy for print & print technology
• Attention to detail
• Ideally you will be looking to progress and develop existing print skills
• Willing to work longer hours to meet deadlines during busy periods
