Brief job description:

Our specialist marketing team is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive to join them on a full-time basis.

As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, and be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimisation of the marketing strategy for both E3 Recruitment and HS2 Recruitment.

Day to day responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Executive;

Plan, create and optimise content for all digital media channels in line with the digital marketing strategy to achieve company goals and ensure KPI's are met.
Manager and measure social media marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools.
Create, develop, and manage paid social media campaigns.
Assist in the development and management of digital marketing campaigns.
Contribute to the monthly marketing report.
Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to provide marketing assistance and manage social media campaigns, taking direction from the Digital Marketing Manager.
Research digital marketing and social trends, customer interests, and keep up to date with changes in the industries we work within.
Review digital marketing campaigns calendar and keep it regularly updated.
Plan and create campaigns for awareness days, company updates and client marketing.
Aide with video production and ensure videos are formatted for multiple social platforms.
Identify content that isn't performing well and plan to re-optimise and repurpose.
Working with the Marketing Consultant, establish a timeline for partner, events and CSR content.
Curate industry news to share with our audience.

Experience desired;

Creative and technical writing skills.
Creative thinking and can use own initiative.
Understanding social media marketing and understanding Digital Marketing concepts is desirable but not essential.
Ability to use software such as Canva, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
Have base knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Hootsuite.
Great organisation and time management.
Creative skills and eye for design
Excellent communication and written skills
Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
