The Role

We are currently recruiting for a new Marketing Analyst position in our Swindon office. The purpose of this position would be to collect, collate, analyse and present meaningful data on all marketing activities, in order to drive return on investment, and shape future marketing strategy. In addition to this, the right candidate would need to partner with, and form collaborative relationships with Sales Leaders & colleagues in order to ensure engagement with marketing data and future marketing activities.

Day to Day tasks will include, but not limited to:

Leads, promotes and is accountable for the use of metrics to improve marketing effectiveness and deliver Return on Investment.
Production of monthly reports and data for Sales Managers using a variety of tools and sources – including Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Social Media, Feefo and data from our job board advertising partners.
Analyse data to provide recommendations for changes to activities or strategy in line with data trends
Analyse placement activity – identify trends in terms of correlation to candidate attraction campaigns, and advertising spend, and ensure sources of placements are accurately recorded.
Present and communicate (with support from the Communications and Engagement Manager) data to Outsource UK Sales Managers, to ensure they understand the reporting, and can use it in a meaningful way to help drive team performance.
Manage relationships with our job board advertising partners, ensuring management of advertising credits and resources, and liaising with our Sales Managers to ensure that job board spend is being optimised.
Manage Outsource UK job board users and access, including setting up new starters.
Promotes our Digital marketing strategy to colleagues by using data to showcase successes

Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm with an early 4pm finish on Fridays. The role will be office based, however, following the training period you will have the option to work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays!

Skills

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in Marketing Analysis – in particular, using Google Analytics. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, energy and passion to drive our Marketing Strategy forward and influence stakeholders.

The right candidate will have the ability to present data in an engaging way, and the skills to be able to explain the data and trends to stakeholders across the business. Excellent excel and general data manipulation skills are essential to be successful in this role.

Location

We are proud to be located in Churchward House in Swindon, next door to The Designer Outlet Village. After training, you will be able to enjoy a hybrid model of working – both home and office based.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are office based
