Project manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum
The Fix Creative are on the search for a Project Manager from a healthcare agency background
Who you are
* You should be comfortable delivering against all of the competencies outlined in The role section above
* You will have at least 2 years experience as a project manager or executive within an agency environment, healthcare comms is a huge bonus although not essential
* You must have an interest in working within healthcare – we’ll expect to see genuine enthusiasm for what we do here
* You have the ability to manage a wide range of projects with a focus on quality, budgets and timings
* You should have strong commercial acumen and ability to translate that into scoping & resource planning
* You will have experience of the full project lifecycle ranging from client brief through strategy, creative, design, copywriting, asset creation, production, execution and delivery
* You will have exceptional communication skills and be a logical, confident ‘voice’
* You should have relationship management experience and ability to interact efficiently with various stakeholders at all organisational levels
* You should have strong attention to detail and an ability to influence and listen
* You’ll be willing to offer operational guidance and solutions for the entire agency and have a passion for building the right approach to project management
* You will have the ability to choose the correct communication method for the situation and use it to build relationships across all levels of the organisation
* You won’t be fazed by a new project management setup and being a founder member of that team
* You will be willing to work across agency on building a new function offering advice and thrive in showing the way by action
