Conrad Consulting are assisting a small Architectural practice with their latest recruitment drive. They are looking for ambitious and experienced Architectural professionals across all levels to join their busy studio.
Before we get into the detail of the role, there are 2 fairly key criteria we need applicants to consider before reading on. Firstly, you will ideally live in Cheshire or South Manchester. Full details on the exact location can be discussed on the phone. Secondly, it is important that you drive and have access to a vehicle. The studio is based in a relatively rural location and public transport links aren't great, plus there is also the requirement for you to visit site semi-regularly.
We are looking for Architects, Technicians and Architectural Assistants to join this practice. They are going through a particularly busy period and have numerous new projects recently commissioned due to start before the end of the year. They need support at all experience levels to assist with the new project work and to provide further structure to their growing team.
Typically, projects here could be within the Residential, Leisure and Commercial sectors. They work in both AutoCAD and REVIT and are willing to offer training support in the development of both skills for the right individual.

Approx salary guides as follows ..
Architectural Assistant: £18k-£27k
Architectural Technician: £27k-£35k
Architect: £30k-£40k
