Conrad Consulting have partnered with a multi-award winning boutique Architectural Practice based in Malton, North Yorkshire who are seeking to add a talented Architectural Technologist to their team.
This SME practice have one of the best reputations in the best Yorkshire region, they are famed and regularly awarded for their stunning design led work within the bespoke Residential sector, projects are typically high-end domestic schemes, bespoke new builds for high net worth individuals and sensitive restorations. Typically, the majority of the projects are local and situation in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside with some of their work venturing near to the Scottish Borders.
Our client are located in a wonderful loft studio in the heart of the delightful market town of Malton, the practice established for 30 years are exceptionally well run and can offer a scope of project work which is unrivalled.
They are now looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to support the technical delivery of these superb projects, required is an Architectural Technologist with at least 5 years experience within an Architectural Practice environment and a solid understanding of UK Building & Planning regulations. Ideally the Technologist will be degree qualified (although the experienced route will also be considered) and be working towards becoming MCIAT and be very strong with their all round technical knowledge particularly Technical detailing. ArchiCAD is the primary software within the practice and this experience is desirable, however Architectural Technologists with solid AutoCAD skills will be considered and training on ArchiCAD will be provided. The role will also offer the opportunity to run your own projects and permit you to get to site for project progress meetings, therefore a full UK driving licence is required.

Salary very much negotiable depending on experience in the region of £35,000 – £40,000 per annum + generous benefits. Flexible working hours and the option of home working are also available.
