Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside one of our fantastic clients, based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre to recruit both managerial and Co-Ordinator roles at their Community Workspace Hub.
We are looking for true superstars for these rare and unique opportunities to become part of an established team in one of the city's leading venues. Individuals who are looking for a position that falls out of the normal 9 to 5, someone who is keen to be part of a creative working environment that prides and excels on providing the very best in service, going beyond and exceeding expectations is the norm.
We require individuals who think outside the box, always looking at new ideas and ways to improve services/ make things a little more fun! You will be driven and enthusiastic with boundless energy who will be the key point of contact for all clients, a natural net-worker. People who are passionate, driven and ambitious.
Just some of the key responsibilities included in these fantastic opportunities will consist of:
Service/Contracts Manager for all existing clients
Business Development – Responsibility for driving sales and ensuring maximum occupancy
Organising and managing member events, ensuring a diverse range of subject matters/interests are covered.
Consistently maintaining a collaborative environment of networking with clients
Promoting and managing social media campaigns
Management of in-house team, and lead on professional development
Budget Management
Day to day operations, management and reporting
Management of networking and business development opportunitiesESSENTIAL criteria for any of the roles consists of:
Previous personnel management – Minimum of 3 years Ideally experience within one of the following sectors: Hospitality/Events/Venue Management/Marketing/Creative
Proven experience of selling and promoting products
Distinct interest in the Birmingham commercial marketShould you feel that you have not only the skillset, but the personality to work in this culture/environment then I would be keen to hear from you as soon as possible.
