£35,000 – £50,000 Basic Salary

£60,000 – £70,000 OTE

MUST be from a Polyethylene / Packaging Background

Car, Phone, Laptop, Pension, Commission, Bonus based on Branch Performance

Manufacture of corrugated paper, paperboard& boxes

A renowned Packaging firm are now looking for an individual who has experience with selling Packaging into a range of end-user industries such as manufacturing, catering and retail. We print and supply our own goods and have our own catalogue based on previous customer requirements. This will continue to expand as we are always looking for the next best thing and like to keep our customers in the loop with new and improved products.

Key Responsibilities

Looking at the existing pipeline of customers and developing new ways on how to increase revenue such as new product introductions

Booking and attending customer meetings from your own accord as well as inbound enquiries

Working with internal teams daily to work on quotations, product enquiries, stock levels and all in all, working as a team to ensure the requirements of the customers are met

Management of your personal business database consisting of a range of SME & blue-chip customers within manufacturing & distribution

Preparing and delivering on sales targets on a quarterly and monthly basis

Ensure customers are kept in the loop throughout the entire project including delivery times, any product issues, new product introductions and so on.

Handling complaints from customers in an appropriate manner

Working with suppliers and keeping in touch with them regularly to ensure needs are met

Regularly monitor customer spends and analyse who is spending what, where and when in order to generate a solid plan of action for the remainder of your working career with the business

Full account management working as a 360 salesman

Keeping an eye on competition and upcoming market trends then putting a plan in place on how to introduce new products and who will be your target audience for this
