Architectural Technician – Residential
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum
Conrad Consulting are working with an established Architectural practice based in Essex to source a proficient Architectural Technician with the ability and confidence to jump straight into projects from day one!
This reputable practice can boast a strong client base primarily within the Residential sector working on large multi-unit housing developments. Their extensive client list includes leading UK residential developers and house builders as well as smaller private developers. With a healthy pipeline of projects secured, this practice continues to go from strength to strength and, as an experienced Architectural Technician, you could become an important part of the continued success of the company.
The successful Architectural Technician will be expected to manage a portfolio of prominent residential developments including multi-unit developments and high-rise apartment blocks. As such, we are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering such projects as well as extensive knowledge of UK Building Regs.
Architectural Technician Requirements:
Architectural Technologist Degree or equivalent
Demonstrable experience in the UK Architecture industry
Experience delivering residential projects for housebuilders
Adept at producing technical drawings
Fully proficient in AutoCAD – Revit would be desirable
Full knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Ability to take the lead on a project from inception to completion
