Architect – International / Asian Project Market

An amazing opportunity for an Architect to immerse themselves in a portfolio of flagship projects based in Asia.
This London-based studio has an incredible portfolio of live projects, with an extensive pipeline of upcoming projects, which offers career stability alongside one of the most lucrative benefits packages available for an Architect in London.
You will gain immediate exposure to a range of high-profile Retail, Residential + Workplace-led Masterplanning schemes based in the Asian region. Due to the nature of these projects, you will have an extensive involvement from RIBA Stages 0-4, then transitioning into a design guardian post overseeing the project at latter stages whilst working directly with local architects based in Asia.
Strong communication skills are essential. Applicants must possess the ability to work with local Architects and full Chinese language proficiency is required.
The studio uses Revit + Rhino as their primary design tools. Live Revit project experience is required for this post.
Prospective applicants must demonstrate existing experience working on high profile / large-scale projects (preferably in the Asian market) at earlier RIBA Stages.
