What you’ll be doing

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Graphic Designer to support the execution of the external and internal brand experience (look and feel) and production of all creative work as part of a small design team.

You will be at the heart of creating effective and engaging materials that deliver value for our customers and stakeholders, supports our brand values and improves brand perceptions.

This includes creating, implementing and overseeing the application of our brand from campaigns (social & OOH) to leaflets and corporate documentation to the presentation of our street signage.

We’re looking for you to

Dedicated design experience with a focus on digital-first and social formats:
– Digital design – Websites, homepages, editorial pages, online advertising, and social media 
– UI/UX design – Websites, apps, sketches, wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, and prototypes
– Motion design – Social media campaigns, gifs, video explainers, and UI animation 
– Email design – working with content management systems
– HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Jquery, Javascript experience, and front-end developer
Excellent knowledge of graphics packages, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
A wealth of experience in graphic design and print production
Experience of working in an agency or as part of an in-house creative team
Excellent negotiation skills
Highly organised, good at time management, and able to juggle projects
Confidence and interpersonal skills to engage people at different levels, including senior managers
Self-starter, able to work with little supervision
