Project Architect
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £36000 – £45000/annum
Project Architects! We are currently working with a multi-award-winning practice who typically specialise in heritage and conservation projects for classical architecture. They are currently in search of a project architect to join their studio based in London.
The practice is well recognised worldwide for their projects which typically range in scale from private housing to complete restorations of public buildings, masterplans and housing developments. This is a great opportunity to work on some really amazing projects first hand and be a contributor to conserving the physical history of architecture.
To qualify as a candidate, you must have the following:
5 years post qualified experience
Experience working on heritage and conservation projects
Solid experience of design processing, technical detailing and contract administration
Experience managing riba stages 2-6
Ability to understand construction details and produce presentation drawings
